Grill Competition:

COOK-OFF RULES

Entry fee is $25.00 per team / individual (2  entries per $25)

All meats must be grilled, smoked or cooked over an open flame
(Contact Judge regarding alternative methods)

You must bring your own grill

Grill as much food as you like add: FIVE LBS. OF MEAT
PER ENTRY MINIMUM

All entries will be judged based on three (3) categories

50% - Taste

25% - Presentation

25% - Creativity  

Bonus Point will be given to all entries presented on time

PLEASE BE AWARE....

Sign-up for time slots will be from 9:30 AM to Noon. All individual entrants, or one
team member, must be on site no later than noon. Entrants begin food presentation at noon. Each hour increment will have 10 slots available for presentation. You may present your item any time during the hour you signed up for

Increments are as follows:

Noon to 1:00
1:00 to 2:00
2:00 to 3:00
3:00 to 4:00
4:00 to 5:00
